Corvid 19 Status:  All future events will be reviewed and the website updated appropriately nearer the time.

We will be holding a "Virtual" AGM Meeting at 2pm   We will meet on-line at 2pm.    Members might like to invite other WI members, without access to a computer, to join with them, so we can include as many members as possible!

11th November

Our next social meeting will be an informal one held on Zoom at 7pm.

30th December

Our Zoom meeting began at 2 p.m with a formal short meeting followed by a facinating talk about the' life of the Honey Bee'. 

6th January 2021

There will be a Stitch and Chat meeting at 2pm for members who wish to join in.  We will be interested to see what crafts our members are undertaking during lockdown.  This is a Zoom meeting.

13th January 21

There will be a committee Meeting at 2pm via Zoom.

27th January

Stitch and Chat will be on Zoom from 2pm.  Open to all our WI members - sometimes more chat than stitching!!

Chris Chippendale will address our meeting on Lasting Powers of Attorney via Zoom.  We will follow this with our "Just a Minute" talks by members which should be fun!

There will be a virtual birthday gathering, in honour of Jacky and Gillians birthday.  This is just a fun, social evening but members will have to bring their own bottle and cake!

There will be a virtual meting at 2pm to discuss the proposed Flower and Produce Show in October.  This is open to any interested WI member

The March meeting will be "Behind the Scenes of RHS Chelsea" by Paul Patten.  This will be followed by members showing arrangements they have made.  The arrangement will be spring flowers in a cup and saucer

There will be a social meeting at 2pm on Wednesday to celebrate St Patrick's Day and our President's birthday.  Expect music and games!

Committee Meeting at 2:30 on Zoom

Hugh Terry will talk to us via Zoom about the charity SERV.  These volunteers support the NHS by taking various samples by motor bikes to where they are needed.  This includes donated breast milk as well as blood products.  It should be fascinating to learn more.

This will be a fun afternoon with the Townswomen Guild at 2pm.

The Mayor of Godalming, Penny Rivers will be opening the new Art Studio at "Jaytees" Franklyn Road at 2pm. This is an Open Afternoon and visitors are requested to arrive at varied intervals during the afternoon and be prepared to queue should numbers exceed the limit.

30th April

WI. Womblers meet at 2pm.  Meeting at the top of Eashing Lane

5th May

Our Monthly meeting starting at 2pm, followed by Susy Howe talking about "Fawlty Towers"   behind the scenes in a hotel.  This will be by Zoom

6th May

Members may like to visit Ramster Gardens to view an exhibition of sculptures.  Meet there at 2pm.

22nd June

Painting Session 2 - 4

Our Next Meeting will be with Tess Burrows talking about "Beautiful Tibet on Zoom.  Members may be invited to show their best 'travel photograph'  or you can email it to Lindsay for an on-line display.

9th May

The walking group will meet at Franklyn Road, then drive to Shackleford Village Hall for the Sunday walk. Meet at 2pm.  This will be lead by Diana.

The Lunch Club will meet at Hectors by the river at Farncombe Boat House please let Jeanette know if you would like to be included.  Eating outside!
